Weekend coffee #122.
Greetings from whatever day, week or month it is of social distancing. Here in New Jersey, we're experimenting with re-opening the parks this weekend, something I suspect will go…poorly. That's why I'm planning on spending today tending to my yard. Hate to sound that pessimistic, but let's be real, my faith in humanity is weak at best. Otherwise, here's a look at some of what I've been reading and/or thinking about lately:
My Restaurant Was My Life for 20 Years. Does the World Need It Anymore?
The Parks and Rec reunion special was pretty good. Please don't let it be the future of TV.
Trying not to be too bummed about Elizabeth Suzann closing (since I just tried to place an order!) and not seeing Lucinda Williams before last week, because these are incredibly privileged, first world problems. So, that's all for now. If anyone needs anything, let me know! Until next time - thanks for following along and be well.
