Checking in: July 2014
As I was perusing my Feedly, this post on Design Crush popped up. I had planned to do a little Instagram recap this month since it was so lovely, but I'm much more into words lately (believe it or not). So here goes:
- Making: space! I've been on a roll tearing through closets & bagging up items to donate.
- Cooking: tonight it's pasta but giving Blue Apron a go next week!
- Drinking: my morning coffee and cans of seltzer.

- Wanting: a beach day.
- Looking: a writing project to tackle next.
- Playing: Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Talking Heads
- Deciding: which direction to lay the new flooring I'm having installed.
- Wishing: for more free time but really who isn't?
- Enjoying: checking things off my to do list.
- Waiting: for some packages.
- Liking: my new boot camp class.
- Wondering: where I managed to stash a photo that I recently rediscovered.
- Loving: the amount of black in my wardrobe.
- Pondering: what classes to take this fall.
- Considering: what type of light fixture to put in the back entry.
- Watching : Masters of Sex, Who Do You Think You Are?
- Hoping : for some more great times in August
- Marveling: at the staying power of #ThrowbackThursdays and #FlashbackFridays.
- Needing: to focus.
- Smelling: the breeze coming through my open windows.
- Wearing: a ponytail. My hair is getting so long!
- Following: new blogs everyday.
- Wanting: more Strawberry Balsamic Cheesecake ice cream (pictured above).
- Noticing: how much I like white walls.
- Knowing: that I’m exactly where I'm supposed to be in the world.
- Thinking: about Hawaii. five more months to go!
- Admiring: my new yoga instructor. So calm!
- Sorting: through the server at work.
- Buying: things off Etsy.
- Getting: ready for a super busy weekend. Bachelorette parties, birthdays, bridal showers!
- Bookmarking: shoes to buy for an upcoming wedding I'm in.
- Disliking: how this summer is flying by.
- Opening: new avenues in life.
- Feeling: like it's time to write a press release for a client.
