Tabula rasa.
I just returned from a rather epic 2.5 week trip down the West Coast from Seattle to San San Diego. One of my current travel goals is to hit all 50 states before I'm 30. Here's what I've accomplished:
- Massachusetts - born there
- New Hampshire - vacationed there as a kid
- Connecticut - family
- Rhode Island - visited a few times
- New York - lived there briefly, family, work
- New Jersey - lived there
- Pennsylvania - visited, family, vacationed
- Delaware - three fun filled days of Americorps training
- Maryland - visited, vacationed
- Virginia - friends
- North Carolina - wedding in the Outer Banks
- Florida - visited
- Texas - visited
- Minnesota - lived there
- Wisconsin - visited
- Illinois - visited, family
- Indiana - visited
- Ohio - visited
- Washington - friends, vacation
- Oregon - friends, vacation
- California - vacation
- Vermont - visited
- Maine - visited
- Arizona - visited
For some reason, I think I'm leaving a few off. Hm, will have to think about it for a bit.
I think my next locales will be deep south. Seems like the right time for a little southern exposure. I'm thinking of driving from NJ down through the South all the way to Louisiana.
