Hello, my name is Katie Achille.

An award-winning communications professional with 15 years of experience, Katie Achille is managing partner at The Devon Group, a tech public relations and marketing services firm. Physically based in Asbury Park, N.J., she supports recruiting, work and HR technology organizations around the world, from startups to Fortune 500 corporations.

With a keen understanding of talent acquisition and HR topics, her work has appeared in publications including The New York Times, Forbes, Fortune, Venture Beat, Business Insider, Human Resource Executive, and more.

Katie holds a bachelor's degree in Journalism and Media Studies from Rutgers University and a master's degree in Historical Studies from The New School. Before her current endeavors, she worked in recruitment marketing and employer branding, authored a book with a former presidential cabinet member, managed marketing at a high-profile lecture agency, launched countless social media campaigns, published articles in academic journals, and taught Pilates.
